RECTIFICATIE SOFT HELMET WITH VISOR
Op 17 februari 2023 heeft de voorzieningenrechter in de rechtbank Den Haag geoordeeld dat Kubus inbreuk maakt op het Gemeenschapsmodelrecht (registratienummer 003155159-0001) van OBO door het (laten) produceren en op de markt brengen van haar product ‘Soft Helmet with Visor’. Kubus zal dit product niet meer (laten) produceren en aanbieden in de Europese Unie.
